A few things
you might wonder.
Are chenille stems and pipe cleaners the same?
In craft ranges, both names commonly describe flexible wire stems covered in soft fibers. We use both terms to make product sourcing easier.
Can I request custom colors and packaging?
Yes—include your preferred color references, mix ratios, pack count and branding needs in your brief. Feasibility, sampling and costs need confirmation before ordering.
What are the minimum order quantity and lead time?
These depend on the selected specification, assortment, packaging and order volume. They are confirmed in the quotation rather than assumed from the sample collection.
Can I request testing for my destination market?
Include your destination market, intended use and any required test standards in your brief. Request documentation for the exact product before placing an order; no certification is implied by this website.
